Characteristics on usage:
HF-240 is a tertiary flux It makes it easy to tap. The surface is smooth. Machining is easy with a high speed cutter. The hardening after welding to increase the hardness can be done as well.
Notes on usage:
For casting steel, cast steel, forged steel, low alloy steel. Or high carbon steel Warm up the workpiece at 150ºC or more before welding.
